    How do I place my order?
    Ordering at HomeCenter.com, Inc. is easy, convenient, and fun. Simply choose a product and click the “Add to Cart” button. Just as in a physical store, your Shopping Cart holds items until you are ready to check out. From the Shopping Cart you can:
  • Proceed to checkout
  • Keep shopping
  • Delete items
    You can always get back to your cart by clicking the shopping cart icon found on the left side of every page. Then do one of the following two choices: 1. Proceed to Checkout: When your cart is full and you are ready to complete your purchase, click “Proceed to Checkout”, which will bring you to pages where you fill out the appropriate information. The checkout process takes two steps to complete. First fill out the address to which you would like the products shipped. Then click the “Continue” button, which will bring you to your payment information page. Once you fill out your payment information, click the “Continue” button. 2. Continue Shopping: select “continue shopping” in the area of the site you would like to visit, or search for a specific product by entering its description in the convenient search button below your shopping cart on the bottom right of the screen. Repeat this process until your shopping cart has everything in it that you want to buy.



    What forms of payment do you accept?
    For your convenience, we accept credit cards or bank checks. We do not accept personal checks. When ordering by bank check, please add all the items you wish to purchase into your shopping cart, print it out and send it, along with your check and a detailed letter regarding your order, to:

    Our navigation saves you time! You don't have to scroll endlessly. You don't have to wait in a line. We want you to find the right products for you. And we want you to find them the way you think is best--and without any hassle. You can browse products by:

  • Or use our advanced search forms to narrow your results down using the features that you are looking for!



    Do you ship outside the US?
    Yes. Shipping charges will be added to all orders outside the continental USA. This includes orders to Alaska, Hawaii and any country other than the USA. We charge standard shipping rates as we aim to charge you the lowest prices possible. For exact shipping costs, delivery times, or to place an order, please email our Customer Service Department.



    How long will it take to receive my order?
    View our lead time chart to see when products from specific manufacturers will most likely ship. In-stock items will be shipped within 2 business days, sometimes the same day we receive your order. Transit times vary, but are usually between 3 and 7 business days. On some occasions, part of your order will be shipped the same day your order is placed, and another part will be efficiently and electronically routed directly to a manufacturer or another distributor, which will ship the item(s) directly to you. Therefore, part of your order may take several extra days. On rare occasions, items ordered may not be available from the manufacturer for up to 12 weeks or more. There is a greater chance of delay when you choose a color other than white, chrome, polished brass, almond or sand. We will do everything we can to minimize these delays. If part or all of your shipment is going to be delayed because an item(s) you ordered is in short supply, we will contact you to confirm, cancel or modify your order.



    What if I need my products right away?
    If your item is in stock and you need it shipped via 2nd Day Air, 3-Day Select, or Next Day Air, call us at 1-800-875-7999. We will quote you on the additional charges for those services.
    If your items are on backorder, chances are good that we can get these items expedited through our Quick Ship Program. If you would like to check stock and freight quotes, please email us.     How can I track my orders?
    We always contact you via email or phone to give you an approximate lead time for anything you order. If you order something with a lead time greater than 1 week, we will call you and email you. We will soon allow you to check your order history and order status online. For now, please ignore whatever it says if you click on the order history link in "your account" page. It isn't working properly. Sorry! Also, as of now you will not be emailed a tracking number unless you email us for one. We plan to add an automatic email capability to our website in the future.     How do I clean my new products?
    How you clean your product depends on many variables, especially the material it is made of. It is highly recommended that you follow your manufacturer's recommendations to ensure proper cleaning of your specific product. However, feel free to view our Cleaning Tips page for basic instruction.
